Brick's European Cafe is a relatively new addition to Canal Street, New Smyrna's mainland downtown stretch. It's a pretty hot commodity with locals so far, featuring artisanal sandwiches, espresso, and the vibe you'd expect from its name. It's connected internally to The Galley, which offers tastings and sales of premium olive oil, balsamiq vinegar, and salt. Note that there are signs inside stating that tables are reserved for lunch guests between 11am and 2pm, so this isn't a spot to hang out with a laptop all day.
